ABS x BGSA Mentoring Program
ABS and the Black Graduate Student Association have partnered up to create a mentorship program to promote academic and professional success along with personal development for Black WashU undergraduate students who choose to participate.
Program Goals
What we hope all participants obtain after completing the program:
Community
All participants will form professional relationships with their mentor or mentee(s) through monthly check-ins and large group programming.
New Experiences
Through program we hope each participant receives valuable information which leads them to an internship, a program, or an opportunity that adds value to their college experience and future career path.
Personal Growth
We will not only promote academic and professional growth, but personal development as well through intentional conversations, activities, and large group sessions.
